威廉·莎士比亚 William Shakespeare，1564.4.23—1616.4.23,
英国剧作家，作家，1590年到1613年是莎士比亚的创作的黄金时代，早起剧本多为历史剧和喜剧，1601年-1608年主要创作悲剧，崇尚高尚情操，主要为复仇与牺牲，如《麦克白》，他人生的最后时期主要创作悲喜剧。
莎士比亚流传下来的作品包括37部戏剧、154首十四行诗、两首长叙事诗。
